Impressive for those soldiers who did it under 3 minutes.

Also for the woman who did it under 4 minutes.

50 pullups and 100 pushups in 5 minutes.

Sounds difficult but very doable if you break it up into sets.

Do alternating sets of 5 pullups and 10 pushups.

10 alternating sets.

  easy at one time I used to do 100 chin-ups and 360 pushups every workout till I was 67 yrs. and before that I added 100 dips till I hit 60 yrs or so. never timed it though.

I'm all for people continuing to work out as they get older.

But man, their pull up / chin up form was deplorable.

But RFK's commitment to only working out in jeans is admirable.

The younger guys in the video weren't much better on push-ups, nowhere near full ROM.
