My sleeping patters are horrible. If I get three consecutive hour of sleep per night, it's a good night. Never had the CPAP but it was recommended when I was 245-250. Scared the hell out of my wife and I would wake up In the middle of the night gasping. Should have it at the time. With G3 tears in one shoulder and G2 in the other I can't sleep on my sides very much
You should get the CPAP. When I finally adjusted to mine, the first night I succeeded using it was amazingly a great feeling. Before I would wake many times with the bed covers scattered everywhere. That night I made it work for me, the sheets and blankets were just as they were before and had the most amazingly tranquil feeling.What made me move off the mark was when I fell asleep at a stop light, and a cop tapped on my window. I had slept at the light for 15 minutes. I drive a manual and it was in neutral. After he satisfied himself that I wasn't on dope, (I personally knew the guy) he made me promise to get checked out.
