As I said day 1 HRT and cannabis that is it. I actually got pulled over yesterday and harassed by the cops for my THC A flower. They pulled me out of my car and put me in handcuffs and everything. I had just smoked at the rest area so the car did smell. Had 3 cops there going through my shit as I explained it was in the original packaging and completely legal under the Farm act cannabinoids from Hemp. Needless to say the state trooper was not happy he even tried to give me a sobriety test claiming he could still give me a DUI. Apparently, they didn't like me laughing at them so I spent about 15 minutes in handcuffs while they looked it all up before they returned my flower my pipe and my vape. They did give me a ticket for an expired registration, but they couldn't do shit about the THC-A flower which pissed them off.
I assume bhankins didn't consent to the field sobriety exercises. Reading comments on YT under cop cam videos they say all lawyers recommend against doing them even if stone cold sober. They might use it fuck things up for you anyway, and say you shouldn't have been driving anyway since your balance was so poor and so on. What would Getbiggers do if asked at a roadside stop? I know I would've shown lots of 'indicators' at times even when sober (poor balance, tremors after C19).
