Never been stopped for such, but I'd refuse the FST, because I know I'm clumsy enough to maybe fail it. i'd be perfectly fine with a Breathalyzer, etc..... In general, you're allowed to refuse the FST with no penalty, but not the other types. Refusal of those are routinely offered into evidence. Many lawyers that specialize in that type of law say to skip the FST and go straight to the Breathalyzer, etc... especially if only a little buzzed, as it might buy you time to sober up. There's been a few cases where that extra time has gotten some obvious drunks just under the limit.

What I've learned is that it appears in most states if you refuse the breathalyzer you automatically lose your license for a year. Some seem to think refusing everything is the best option, you will be penalized but you won't have a DWI on your record. But that option doesn't apply everywhere, they can forcibly take your blood. I saw something the other day that in NJ a DWI isn't a crime or something to that effect, not that serious. In Sweden there's no such thing as a FST as far as I know, just breathalyzer. Many of the US vids I see I wonder why in the hell they even attempt an FST as the subject is so obviously plastered, can hardly stand and so on.

Almost 20 years ago I got pulled over and I was drinking but nothing crazy.

I also had taken an Adderall from a friend.

I felt fantastic if I’m being honest and the cop asked me to take a field test.

I absolutely aced every single part of the test.

I blew the test above the .08 and he just had me leave my car there for the night.

I’ve never been charged with any DUI’s or DWI’s related to alcohol ever. This was the closest I got.

Yeah, more and more Im certain this "update pic" is just an old pi. Of him thats been photoshopped/filtered whatever, like many of his pictures.

His pec is just as lopsided as his shoulder and arms. So the surgery either didn't take real well or its an old photo.

If he had the surgery he would have lost size during the rehab and he wouldn't look like this.

I guess maybe the lat pull down one could be current because he is small and white and its a picture of his back - he wouldn't dare show his front if he doesn't have something to brag about- and yeah, he looks a lot smaller in the lat pull down picture.
