Hanky changes colors like that due to his astronomical blood pressure.  The dude was at 205/100 just sitting around smoking dope, he probably "achieves" 400/200 hitting a crab most muscular.  25 years of smoking and sitting on his ass all day(no cardio at all, not even walking) his cardiovascular system is even more beat up than his anus.  Which is probably a WORLD RECORD if you think about it
