No not quite,
There are a certain percentage of Blacks that are inherently bad,
Not all as there are many blacks that are hard working & good family men.
Also there's something wrong with black culture & how that affects them.
In my observations & experience when a large group of blacks get together
The more often than not the Blackness come out of them on full display.
Ok. Thanks for clarifying. I don't necessarily disagree with this. There is definitely a cultural aspect to problems we see in the "hood." But those problems have a common denominator that isn't necessarily race-based. I've been all over the country, with people of all ethnic backgrounds, education, income, net worth levels. The common thread for problems is the breakdown of the family. The common thread for success is an intact nuclear family. There are always exceptions, but if, for example, if you look at the prison population, you can find a direct correlation between the absence of a strong father and men in prison, regardless of race. And the reason you see a disproportionate number of "black" men in prison is the illegitimacy rate in that community is like 75 percent. That's crazy.
Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan did a study back in the 60s. He found that the black illegitimacy rate was like 25 percent and that if that number did not get corrected or improved there would be dire consequences. At the time, the white illegitimacy rate was less than half of that. He was a prophet.
