As a dad going to an outing with the family, and getting that ball fairly, when a 'mental' Karen comes up to you, demanding a ball, it is really worth fighting with her for a freaking ball. Come on. He had his family with him, having a good time, and you just don't feel like dealing with these mental people. Son understood, not worth a confrontation over a 'ball'. He is fine, kids won't care, and they see that integrity over mental people will usually win.
There have been situations in which you can argue over things, and will win, but then the kids and family get stay upset over it (I know). And other situations in which they get their 'precious' and you have a good discussion about how 'stupid' the other person reacted over it. With family, sometimes, it just isnt worth it.
Now, this freaking Karen getting shit from everyone now, good for them. She will learn a freaking lesson at being a mental case at the ballpark like that.

What is frustrated is that you have people blaming others who have nothing to do with his or look like the person, and getting hated on their social media and phone calls, before realizing that it isnt the correct person. Jeez.
