He is quite an infuriating character. He is clearly still on gas, craving attention, now he has started preaching the holy scriptures because he knows not shame. Having listened (tried listening) to the first minute of TB's rebuttal to the older man, I can see now what people mean about being hard to listen to. The frantic, rushed, and incoherent ramblings, the shallow breathing, the erratic hand and arm movements

Admittedly been on meth. It will affect speech even if you stop using. Most enervating people to deal with.
