I read the article. Why would anyone not copy and paste the text of a federal law unless they intended to rewrite it? How interesting that you think a federal law is "bullshit." What is most interesting is that you missed the point entirely, which is that we pay for these folks’ emergency medical care no matter what, whether it is because of federal law or Medicaid.

Here is a little something for you to read that might help you understand that undocumented aliens still qualify for emergency medical care, this costs the federal government/taxpayers billions of dollars in reimbursements to hospitals and in some cases emergency room doctors.

The next time you go to the ER and wait for hours to be seen because the waiting room is full of what appears to be low income folks who likely have no health insurance and undocumented aliens who have no health insurance, do not bother to complain.
