I am not high Coach, but it seems you may be because Jack Smith neither was nor is he currently charged with treason. Smith has been under investigation for alleged Hatch Act violations. The OSC investigation does not carry any criminal charges. The most severe penalty under the Hatch Act is termination of employment which is a moot point since Jack Smith resigned January 2025 before Trump took office.
