I think it's highly unlikely to pull off studying hard for 10 years on top of a demanding career. If he can afford to take 5 years off from work, and go at it full time, it could be possible, but still obviously very hard.

It looked pretty big. Nowadays any decent new house with 3-4 bedrooms costs a million. Maybe it's an old piece of shit then in a bad area.

Home size isn’t the only factor of home value. Mine is over a million because it’s similar sized and in a more affluent neighborhood (not near brown town). His is new construction and is honestly nice inside and out but the nearby town is 70% brown. Do you own a home?

Bhanky if you are reading this you are wrong. You should be hip deep into the law books and reading about property, contracts, criminal law, etc and starting to dig into your new chosen career, not melting down on FB about me or others about GB posts.

When you fail first semester exams because you spent all this time and attention on GB, will it all have been worth it? No one is commenting or liking those ridiculous posts so what is the point. Focus on your studies and log off. Get a good study group going and dial in.
