Considering it's night school, this is going to take at least 10 years. I looked into stuff like it (not law, but something that takes 5 years in full time normal mode) and it seems quite impossible since who can study for 10 years straight on top of a fulltime career? Brutal.

I really wanted to do it for a subject I wouldn't even use professionally, just like a hobby. But after reality set in, I let go of the delusion and decided it's better to focus on the reality of things, not a pie in the sky. Although technically he could do it, the odds are not in his favor and his attitude is revealing a propensity for instant gratification, attention seeking, and distracting himself. Will probably not go well.
