Haha. I know perfectly well why he irritates people here but for some reason I don't feel like adding to the pile of shit people put on him. Something I can't quite explain.
Maybe it's because I'm always generally against groupthink and mob mentality, I don't know. I was also interested in how the pec surgery would turn out because the promises made by the surgeon were sort of revolutionary. I have tears on both sides so it was interesting although getting the same procedure for myself is unrealistic for several reasons.

I think some "gains" can be made even at a relatively older age, especially if you utilize all the drugs that are available, and why wouldn't you as they are relatively cheap and relatively safe at reasonable doses (for example growth hormone; the steroids are a given. There's some other new experimental stuff also). My buddy pulled a 300kg lifetime PR at close to 60 on roids and growth while far from optimizing all aspects like diet or even the lifting. My body fucking hates squatting down without any weight at all right now but I have to gain some discipline and just start squatting "hard" again. I did an easy deep single with 330 on the smith recently after being almost completely detrained in my lower body for months; but that's another thing you need to watch out for when older - coming back too fast and blowing tendons and so on.

Some good responses from Heck. I think it's clear that Brian's promises to put him in the ground are as empty as his promises to meet up with and fight Josh. Brian just does not have the heart to fight someone who's bigger and stronger than him.
