Hanks needs to increase the broccoli and bring the perpetual stew back into the mix to heal his Chrohn’s.

“ • Mesh repair doesn’t make someone immune to future hernias—it only reinforces one location.
• Ego lifting creates repeated spikes in abdominal pressure, stressing multiple weak points.
• Once someone has had one hernia, they’re at higher risk for another, especially if they don’t change lifting habits.
• Proper form, controlled breathing, and lifting within capacity are critical to prevent recurrence.”

I don't think he has Crohn's, I think he just eats a disgusting diet that when combined with all the drugs messing up his metabolism and organ function, results in having to shit unpredictably.

As usual Dr Bhank got ahead of himself when proclaiming victory

Crohn's is a condition of deterioration of the digestive system I have healed my digestive tract.

I have had no digestive issues since I started on the BPC 157 shortly after my August show.

I believe I have solved my digestive health. I pay attention to things and adjust when needed.

Additionally I have had a cast iron stomach since I started BPC therapy it absolutely healed my digestive tract

Hahha solid find

I can’t find the post on his Facebook about sorry for stinking like a homeless person

It's in the middle of this long, blatant attempt to play nice and win people over now that Heck is going nuclear on him all over Facebook about his obnoxious posts

___________

"This was Spencer’s 3rd squat. I thought he had it easy but he got red flagged on depth which was the correct call they were being lenient with the kids as he kind of got away with a fall start on another lift. He can and has squatted a lot more weight at home on a shorter bar. The 7 foot bar puts too much weight too far out for him and kind of helicopters the weight making it much more difficult to walk out and balance. I messed up and should have selected a heavier opener to give him another shot at this weight.  Honestly just happy he is allowed to compete.

We wanted to be conservative on squats and deads get our white flags then push on Bench. He has been training bench longer and is much better at the bench. Big Thanks to Paul Bossi, All the judges especially the main judge who is really cool, 100% Raw Powerlifting, and Iron Built Gym.

Also, apologies to anyone who said I smelled bad I was throwing up bile all day in the parking lot due to my Crohn's disease mixed with a hiatal hernia. I was in a lot of digestive pain that day. And congrats to all the competitors and thanks to all the spotters. And to the lifters who gave my son advice and inspiration. The Florida peeps really were helpful and kind their entire family was competing.

And the guys who traveled 50 hours from India were awesome and Muscle Momma or whatever the over 40 female heavy called herself was a beast there was even a competitor from New Zealand and China. I saw lots of world records broken. Thank you all for hosting my son loved it and first thing he said was he wanted to do the next one."

Lol, so people told Brian straight to his face that he stinks. They clearly thought Brian was a huge pussy (and they would be right) and felt comfortable to say that direct to him without the fear of any consequences.

Brian simply accepting his place in the world as a beta little bitch and actually apologizing for his "medical issue". What a cuck!

Thanks! So all that talk I’ll put you down like a sick dog, were empty threats as usual.

For someone who has stomach issues all his life- you would think you would keep mouthwash or toothbrush in your car incase throwing up “bile” happens.

It seems to happen often for our bhanky

BigRo Obviously I have considered sleeves give the knees more "protection" when squatting. But my goal isn't really to squat for big legs or weight. I mean yes, I do think they are finally starting to grow and I can squat more but the goal is to strengthen the knees for active sports and twisting motions aka snowboarding/wrestling kid is getting bigger and pulling me onto the mats more. I think no sleeves will build up the strength of the connective tissue around the knees more. I need to do both for 12 more years. It will also prevent me from trying to go too heavy and blowing out a knee. Same with the belt. As you know I have already had a hernia repair and mesh implant for a umbilical hernia I still have a hiatal hernia. I think no belt and allowing some tension on the repair it will strengthen it more. But yes Xmas morning we may go sleeves we may even add more weight for good measure, try and get best angle to show depth as I know everyone is going to bitch and moan about some perceived issue.

Finally a goal Brian has succeeded at!

But my goal isn't really to squat for big legs or weight.

Hernia aside, I think he may also re-tear his pec trying to squat 405.  Didn't he have an upper body injury from squatting to heavy once before?  Don't worry though, there is ZERO chance he'll even be trying 405 on Christmas, ZERO!

We'll all certainly remember it a few short weeks from now and Hanxmas will be brutal.   Can't wait.
