This wasn't just another empty threat.  Hankins has a track record of real world litigation action and has had lawyers send letters before and he posted them here.  Thinking of allowing him back would be incredibly foolish.  Might as well invite a stray feral dog into your house to shit all over the place ---again.

What makes you think Ron has only faced empty threats?  More capable people than Brian have been tilted by events on getbig.  If he was worried about anything said on here about Brian, he'd have shut it down a thousand times before.

We can tell. Outside of his irritating, lying, braggart, ego-filled behavior, when confronted with facts, he changes directions and manipulates words. When all of that was exposed and laid out, he threatened to sue to have getbig shut down, multiple times. That is the last straw. He can keep posting his youtube videos and these guys can keep track of him that way, he won't be posting here for the foreseeable future.

Imagine him screaming and storming off at a holiday dinner after he sees a negative post about him on GB and poor EM is left to explain the situation?  The other guests hear glass or plates falling on the floor Bhanks swiped off the table in a rage, etc.  Then the dog Cujo starts barking and trying to bite people mimicking Bhanks' outbursts . . . .
