I don't like to talk about anyone's families, but there probably is a correlation between the kid's behaviors and Brian's influence.

Brian doesn't do well with others, which is evidenced by the sheer amount of conflict that follows him everywhere.

Hopefully, the kid is still super young and this is just a kid being a kid, but who knows?
