lol great eye! Dude is literally 13 mentally. Knowing what we know about him I have to believe this was also how his “professional” race car run played out. In my mind the lake house had the garage with the hoist already, the previous owner may have participated in local races as a hobby. Hankins found out about this while going through the purchase process, maybe even got the guy to throw in his old car as a condition of the sale, with an agreement that the seller would help get his feet wet in the race game. After a few months Hankins became an expert, went to a couple of NASCAR races and told everyone about his experience as a driver and how they should be expecting to see his name on the circuit shortly……And then something happened that caused him to lose interest…..
His “friends” on FB said he almost never finished races. That he would try to bolt to the front and he would get spun out and crash. They may have had a nickname for him I forget. He kept the lies going about the racing a long time.
