He claimed he had a pre-nup, but he also gave her a bit of the Kittyhawk house. The new house was in both their names. I don't think alimony will hurt him too bad, they were only married a bit over 3 years, and North Carolina isn't as harsh it seems for short marriages.

The blow to his ego must be huge, but I don't think we'll see him and Em fighting, she's on the rise, and probably just wants to be rid of him with as little bother as possible.

Looks like the latest law school failure was the final straw for Em.

Imagine the embarrassment she must feel going into work with people knowing who her husband is.

She must have got sick of telling him to stay off social media.
All the money he spent getting his internet history from Google cleared, all the mugshots taken down (you cant find them anymore) to try and get himself accepted at a law school and then posting he was doing it on FB knowing what the people here would do to him.
