"For someone who says his mission is about ending rape and abuse, he has a very long trail of sex offenders amongst his friends, followers and allies. If Tommy Robinson (real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon) wanted to do something about the very real problem of sex crimes against women and children, he’d be campaigning relentlessly about light sentences, the lack of prevention, low conviction rates, police disinterest and court judges who think rapists and child predators should get the benefit of the doubt because they come from nice families. But Tommy doesn’t care about that. He takes the huge amount of funding that comes his way, lives the high life, and never tackles the real problems fuelling crimes of a sexual nature.
Let’s take a look at Tommy Robinson’s friends and associates that are paedophiles, commit sexual assault and other sex crime offences.
William Charlton (aka Billy or Bill Charlton): child porn video
Tommy Robinson with Billy Charlton Charlton was charged in 2018, and found guilty in 2021 of distributing an indecent photograph of a child. The 18 second video featured a donkey and a child. Despite sharing the illegal image, Charlton agued in court that he’d never seen it. He also admitted to two further charges of possession of extreme pornography in June 2019.
Tommy Robinson shared the stage with Charlton in June 2017, praised his campaigning, and has been photographed with him (above). No evidence has emerged of Robinson making a public condemnation of Charlton – despite it being public knowledge that he shared the video of a child being degraded in a sex act with an animal – an act that the child could not have consented to.
Richard Price: child porn
Richard Price was a close friend and ally of Tommy Robinson.
In 2010 Richard Price was charged with four counts of making indecent images of children and Price pleaded guilty to the charges.
He was found guilty and placed on the sex offenders register.
Price was one of the leaders of EDL (English Defence League), and when he was jailed, EDL members launched a letter-writing campaign to MPs and the Prime Minister calling for his release. Richard Price and Tommy Robinson were close friends, and despite Price pleading guilty to the child porn charges, Robinson still publicly defended him.
Tommy Robinson said that Price had been “stitched up” and that “Price has no idea how they were on his computer.” When the backlash became too loud to ignore, Tommy finally retracted his original statement and said: “We completely condemn Richard Price.”
Six months after Price’s conviction, Robinson tried to claim that Price had never been one of EDL’s leaders, despite having previously stated that he was part of the leadership and a founding member.
Leigh McMillan: sexual abuse of a 10-year-old
Senior EDL member Leigh McMillan, sentenced to 17 years for child sexual abuse and attempted rape.
Leigh McMillan groomed his victim, a 10-year-old girl, with cigarettes and drugs before subjecting her to a “spiral of sexual abuse” during the 1990s, assaulting her around 100 times over a five-year period. He was convicted of three counts of indecent assault, two of indecency with a child and one of attempted rape in January 2018. He was sentenced to 17 years.
McMillan was a senior member of the EDL, and fellow EDL members have been accused of attempting to cover up McMillan’s serious paedophile offences. One of the people accused of trying to keep things quiet is Gary Field who lives in Margate.
Paedophiles in the EDL In 2010, the EDL supporter Brett Moses was sentenced to 12 month suspended sentence, after he plead guilty to the sexual grooming of a thirteen year old girl.
Tommy Robinson founded the EDL in 2009 and led it until October 2013. The EDL won support from an array of child abusers and sex offenders, such as:
Bradley Daniel Alford, Alan Boulter who offered to pay what he thought was a 13 year old girl £50 for sex; Luke Atkinson; Dean Chambers, who faked being an NHS worker and drugged and sexually assaulted vulnerable Sheffield women; Bruce Cordwell and EDL leader Paul Whiteside (pictured, top) amongst numerous others. Searches revealed no condemnation of these men by Tommy Robinson. Why is Tommy Robinson (Yaxley-Lennon) silent on these cases? Is sexual exploitation of women and children OK when his friends and supporters do it?
One of the worst cases involves Robert Ewing who murdered schoolgirl Paige Chivers when she threatened to reveal his sexual crimes against her to the police. After Ewing was jailed for life, further crimes against a nine and a six year old were revealed. Gareth Dewhurst, helped Ewing dispose of Paige Chivers’ body. Robert Ewing described himself as ‘a Neo-Nazi‘ and both Ewing and Dewhurst were involved with the EDL and the BNP.
Then there is EDL member Pete Gillett who was sentenced to 18 years for child rape and various sex crimes. The crimes included child cruelty and gross indecency towards a boy aged between eight and 15, ABH and raping a girl between the ages of 13 and 15, and more. Peter Gillett is pictured here with EDL leader Paul Whiteside, who admitted to taking pictures of a 15-year-old girl in the bath and abducting her. Whiteside had “campaigned against child grooming, claiming gangs linked to mosques were responsible for abusing girls”.
--A list of 105 sex offenders in the anti-migrant far right has been compiled by childhood abuse victim and historian Louise Raw of Survivors Against Fascism-- who has been tracking the sex crimes committed by followers of Tommy Robinson, Britain First and other groups such as National Action. The convictions of this group of men include ‘inciting a child to sexual intercourse’; ‘sexual assault against vulnerable adults’; sexual abuse and murder of a 15 year old girl; rape; grooming of a three year old; and numerous paedophile and child porn charges. Paedophiles and sex offenders in recent the far-right, anti-migrant, anti-Islam protests Warren Gilchrest: convicted paedophile
Warren Gilchest, formerly of Britain First, who has numerous convictions for sex offences for children under 13. Gilchrest’s own footage places him at the scene of violence in Manchester’s Piccadilly Gardens in 2024, where he urged attackers to “kill” and “stamp” on the head of a black man. When in court for those offences, it emerged that Gilchrest has 18 previous convictions for 67 offences. Up to 31 of those were for sex offences against children under 13. He also has 14 offences of failing to comply with the notifications of the sex offender register on his record. At the 2024 riots, Gilchrest’s own footage showed him chanting “save our kids” – even though he’s a repeat child sex offender who won’t comply with the sex offenders register.
Nazi paraphernalia was found in Gilchrest’s home. He was jailed for three years for his part in the violence in Manchester. He was previously active in Britain First.
Anthony Styles: convicted paedophile
Anthony Styles, known online as ‘AJ Audits‘ has been popping up at the recent Epping protests. He claims to care about the protection of women and children, but the truth is he is a convicted paedophile. Styles served four-and-a-half years behind bars for indecently assaulting a girl under the age of 14 and has admitting downloading masses of child pornography. Styles shared videos on his YouTube channel from the Bell Hotel in Epping, shamelessly discussing with anti-migrant protesters how migrants should be feared as child predators.
Edgar Didzulas: sexual assault, strangulation
Edgar Didzulas was charged with violent disorder is Liverpool and Southport riots in 2024. Didzulas has four previous convictions for nine offences – theft and fraud in 2019, sexual assault, battery and intentional strangulation in 2022 and breaching a non-molestation order in 2023.
Philip Wood, Gareth Metcalfe, Thomas Midler and Ethan Armstrong
These four men were all involved in the anti-migrant riots in summer 2024, and all of them have previous convictions for paedophilia, domestic violence or sexual assault.
Philip Wood was jailed for his involvement in the Rotherham riots in 2024, has also been jailed for filming himself sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl.
Gareth Metcalfe was described by a judge as “at the forefront of the disorder” outside a Southport mosque in 2024. It was revealed in court that Metcalfe’s voicemail message was simply: ‘F*** Islam, leave a message’ and that he had previously been arrested for domestic abuse. Metcalfe also has previous convictions including sexual assault and breach of a non-molestation order. The sexual assault is from 2016. Metcalfe’s social media contained references to “hunting Muslims”, an image of white powder forming the shape of a swastika, a cartoon picture of a mosque on fire and a post promoting an English Defence League march in Liverpool in 2017. After an arrest in 2002, Metcalfe drew a swastika and the phrases “racism will never die” and “Hitler’s boys” on the wall of his cell.
Thomas Medler was jailed for three-and-a-half years in 2019 after sexual activity with four under-age girls. Then in 2024 Medlar was sentenced to 34 months for violent disorder plus eight months for breaching a sexual harm prevention order – following his actions at anti-migrant riots in Bristol. Medley’s MO was to fake self-harm in order to groom underage girls.
Ethan Armstrong was involved in the anti-migrant rioting in Hull city centre in 2024 and was jailed for violent disorder. He has a previous conviction for ABH after “repeatedly punching an ex-girlfriend in her face, causing two black eyes, lumps to the forehead, a split lip and bruising to her legs.“
So much for “protecting our women and girls”.
Lastly, here’s Jordan Hagan (aka Jordan Goodwin) pictured with Tommy Robinson.
Hagan committed a “serious sexual offence” at the age of 12 and was caught fleeing the country to Spain at the age of twenty to escape the restrictions he was placed under.
On his YouTube channel in 2020, Jordan Hagan shared a video from Tommy Robinson’s right hand man Danny Tommo (real name Daniel Thomas). Furious accusations were made about Danny Tommo were made by the father of a Telford grooming gang survivor that Tommo plied his daughter with drink and drugs and tried to get her into bed whilst Robinson and Tommo were in Telford supposedly campaigning on behalf those survivors of abuse.
A message to anyone that’s backing Tommy Robinson and / or any of the ‘raise the colours’ lot because you’re angry about sexual predators – maybe look again at who you’re supporting. Why are so many of them guilty of these crimes? Why do they go silent about the paedophiles and rapists in their midst?"

On 4 January 2011, six months after the conviction, Lennon released a statement attempting to distance himself and the EDL from Price, falsely claiming that at “no time has pricey ever been a leader of the EDL.” This was a lie, as on 4 June 2010 Lennon himself wrote that “The EDL have only this “Leadership” just for the record ….. Myself […] and Richard Price, we are the earliest founding members.” Lennon first defended a paedophile, and then lied about his association with him to protect his own and the EDL’s reputation."
