Yeah Samson looks like he's filled out.  Agree about Krizo and even he seemed to realise it as he hits abs and thighs at that 45 degree twist angle

Certainly a big handicap if he loses, even Milos thought the time to change was too short, in the past he would probably have recommended it. Thought Arnold should have been the goal, especially with like 1 mil prize money?

Why do you think Samson didn't manage to get that much more lean or shredded despite losing more weight? He was in as good a condition at that guest posing already and I remember you pointed out how he had lost muscle.

LOL I can't recall seeing criticisms of his waist before this?

Keone is one guy I'm impressed with, apart from the waist. Saw a little snippet of him posing and he looked great IMO, probably best in some aspects out of all the athletes. Only thing is his ab diastasis.

Yes I know but if a someone is truly shredded you can often see it even through a layer of water. Krizo filtered his pics but even before water manipulation or dehydration you could see the finer detail. Maybe some truly do have thicker skin but I'm not sure if that's it. Aceto and Palumbo were saying if Derek had been truly crisp he might have given up too much size and lost for being "too hard"
