It was already pretty cheap/low-budget back then, but today the Vampires look like a friggin' Muppet show

These vampires are vicious and absolutely terrifying…

I was not expecting 30 Days of Night to be my favorite vampire film ever made. The film does not hesitate to delve into the terror of being in the middle of nowhere, with a horrible threat lurking in the shadows. We follow a group of people that live in a small town in Alaska, that find themselves getting picked off one by one by a group of vampires.

The townspeople must do whatever they can to survive…but there is a huge problem. In certain parts of Alaska, nights can last up to thirty days. (Yes, this is a real thing). And the vampires happened to show up at the perfect time, getting ready to hunt during an entire month in this small town.

These people must survive and thrive during thirty days of night, hiding from creatures that love the hunt.

Don't care about implants...for a teenager in the 80s, this she was perfect.

Much better..........I watched The Lost Boys a couple of months ago.

The Vampires in 30 Days of Night are actually creepy/scary.......especially the head vampire.

I`m a werewolf movie junkie but not the average werewolf clan vs. the average vampire clan............it`s a dumb concept that has been overused and actually defeats the loneliness of being one person who is cursed with no one else to relate to him.
