My friend told me NOW he tests all of his drugs because a gal who only did coke from him tested positive for fentanyl.

Fent is thrown in everything because of how inexpensive it is compared to other drugs.

Most drug dealers aren’t ever going to test their drugs.

That makes this a very big problem.

It’s cheaper to make and much stronger than anything else. It’s a cheap high. I don’t think they want to kill off who they profit from, the users just don’t know if it’s laced with anything and if so they take that chance. Are you sure this "class" was not just a one on one talk with you regarding the dangers of mixing tren and heroin over the years?  Good thing it comes in injectable form as well.  Your past coke use has probably led to perforation and necrosis issues, so that nasal spray won't be effective for you.

Safe bet she was afraid of getting vaccinated but had no problems using roids, diuretics, coke, fentanyl and heroin

Fent in coke doesn't make sense to me. Maybe they use contaminated equipment. If you wanted both you'd buy separately.

I’m guessing here but maybe tiny amounts bump out a little dopamine and a slight painkiller numbing effect might allow the coke to be stepped on more??

I’m Australia there’s a new kid on the block. Old pharmaceutical never took off but has now with Chinese factories. It’s not showing up as much in heroin which is no shit easier to score than oxy pills. Great thinking nanny state. But has been showing up in dance party pills mostly. A few deaths attributed too. Called Nitazines. Pretty much all the black market oxys - hard as they are to get anyway are in fact using it as sole active ingredient. Apparently is exponentially stronger than fentanyl - one of the early reasons for abandoning it when big pharma had some conscience world wide.

Won’t hate on the young lass rip. A sad waste of life. Especially when although self inflicted was not the intended consequence afaik.
