And why let yourself get like that in the first place?  It reminds me of the former alcoholic or drug addict who loves to brag about how long they have been sober (when no one asked) and you're supposed to respect or applaud them.  Well, I've been clean and sober my entire life... so which one of us deserves more respect?  ::)
