You can eat a shitty diet and flop through routines and still look great as long as the drugs are in

Most young guys who trained in the gyms in the 90s used to just cycle gear through the summer months for the dance festivals and holidays.
None of them ate well or trained hard but they all looked great

Yes but what about genetics? Where do you fit it in the percentage stuff? I am not sure if I had shit genetic or shit gear because my dedication was truly on point yet the results were nothing to write home about. In hindsight I regret it all, so much time wasted and so little to show for it.

It was all the GHB ecstasy amphetamines they were taking that
kept lean the steroids gave them or helped keep a bit of muscle.
