Russian dude nicknamed Popeye was using synthol in his face and had it removed.  I have never heard of this?  (outside of legit cosmetic enhancements with legit products by a doctor.)

I would like to know how much the pension was that he was grifting?  It must have been a big amount for him to take that chance all those years.  I would have first said he was just too lazy to work, but it probably takes a lot of effort to dress up like a lesbian librarian dyke.
