Vyvanse in the US. I use it periodically because a buddy doesn't want to use his Rx of it. Love it, better than all the mega-strong PWOs, which I think are actually more dangerous.
Never tried Tesofensine but they say it's very effective for appetite suppression. You can look at it like the traditional antidepressants, like SNRIs but here you supposedly get dopamine too. Serotonin-Norepinephrine-Dopamine reuptake inhibitor. A supp shop sells it in the UK, but I just put an order in for bromantane again, will try to overdose a little this time. Maybe see how it interacts with Vyvanse and a tiny dose, say a quarter of a capsule.
