Oil Boy Clarida Triceps
« on: November 29, 2025, 10:59:12 AM »
Is there another explanation for those round tricep droopers, not up to date here on the various approaches?

I'm not good on muscle anatomy and all the names. But below the the rear delts don't look right. Is it the teres? I called him a Synthol monster and said he made it work. I didn't mean I liked everything about it like someone assumed, it's mostly just that the judges reward him for it. He does look 'freaky' and impressive in comparisons. I don't follow the pro talks and analyses that much but I haven't seen much or any negative said about him. He's the happy little negro everyone likes to see do well.

He`s oiled to the gills but still looks better than the mess who got gifts at every show he ever did...... Kevin English.    >:(

I used to see English at all of Bev Francis` contests standing around like he was a god............same thing with Guy Cisterino.....they both acted like they were on a par with Arnold.....celebrity and attitude wise.

Speaking of oil, I just saw a clip of Bertil Fox posing at the 1994 Ironman. It was his last show and he was 43. I never saw Bertils appearance at that show before but he looks like he has very obvious oil in his shoulders.

I saw the clip on IG and I don't know how to link those clips here.

Randomly enough I was listening to a Chris Cormier interview yesterday and he said Bertil was cocky and arrogant, treating Chris like shit, kind of like 'Im a legend and you're just a kid.' Chris said Bertil was standing in front of him and Chris got the first callout, so as he stepped past Bertil he just slipped by him and said 'excuse me' like he didn't want to laugh but he got in the first callout and Bertil got none. Chris ended up in 2nd and Bertil was 14th.

Test prop or any slightly inflammatory steroids had been used for site injections before. Even in the 2010s one pro told me he liked to put test prop in his arms before shows. Many human grade test props caused some swelling.

I don't know what year Synthol was first used but maybe Manfred was one of the very first, Flex Wheeler probably the first high profile pro. I think it came from from Germany and was called Synthrol originally?
