Fair point. He trained perfectly enough to have created the best physique of all time how bout that.
Much better. He could have maintained that physique for much longer by easing off the intensity.

He said as much as well. Although, tbh tearing your biceps doing bent over rows seems retarded. But he engineered the circumstances by always pre exhausting his back, his biceps became far more the weak link is my thinking.

Comrade Alexi, it was supposed to be a 6 month band.

I respectfully register dissent.

Pursuant to the authoritative directive of the People’s Commissar, the person holding the designation of Royalty is hereby subjected to compulsory political band and deprivation of all privileges for a period of ninety days, in unwavering observance of the collective interest and the dictates of GetBig law.

At this point in time there will be no disciplinary action taken against NW83. Per Private Messages with danimal77, Royalty has been banished for 90 days.

Mob rule is a dangerous and slippery slope of action.

Dorian was the best bodybuilder ever and trained his body perfectly. Unfortunately he has proven to be a terrible trainer for others. He pushes them way too hard, way harder than he ever trained. Overkill. No one will make progress with him as their trainer. As much as Iove Dorian facts is facts. His knowledge dies with him.

I think a lot of times you can make progress with different systems if you believe it will work and you click with the trainer personality wise. I don't know if Dorian pushes his clients overly hard. In any case it's impossible to make someone train at max intensity if it's not in their personality. It's easy to fake intensity and failure :D
I also don't know what he would prescribe to others now but he says if he had to do it again he would train even less frequently and with even less volume, plus he says he learned he should have backed off the pre-contest weight lifting intensity due to the injury risk since it's just about muscle maintenance at that point. Dorian would probably try to convince Samson to drop his doses and who knows if that would work :D
