As of now, no court or independent forensic body has conclusively authenticated the card, and the matter remains part of ongoing litigation and congressional investigation.
 Therefore, while the card has been publicly released and widely discussed, it has not been legally or definitively proven that Trump sent it.

it was released not from his opposition but from an independent body headed by lawyers. They did not target trump they have released info on the right and left, the previous oppositions misgivings have zero bearing on this situation.
