Only pellius grew their calves out of everyone on getbig. A very rare phenomenon.
And wasn't it a suspect case of oily looking results?
I’ve been riding a bike for years now and it really gave my legs a pump and kept them in shape while not doing squats. It didn’t grow my calves any but I did notice what I thought was calves growth when I jumped rope once or twice a week.
Why single leg?
Consistency is important.3-5 times a week train calves over many months and years.
But if you can't grow them 1 millimeter within the first month of training I expect they can never grow
Give it at least six months of 3-5 times a week every week.Take a pic of them now flexed and take one in six months.
I am not going to do all that if I don't have 100% assurance it will work (which it wont)
