Last night I decided to try levrones shoulder routine, barbell shrugs (with a little roll of the shoulders) behind the neck smith machine presses, front dumbbell raises and for triceps I did close grip smith machine presses followed by behind the head dumbbell extensions (single arm) and dumbbell kickbacks. I expected a terrible workout, I walked away astonished. I cannot really get into the minor nuances about it that won't make sense to anyone not living in my body but believe it or not the routine is fucking gold. For whatever reason the front raises actually hit side delts done the way he does them and coming in after shrugs and presses. I can't explain it, but I always wondered why Kevin never did side laterals, which I cannot do due to shoulder pain. I fucking shit you all not, this shoulder workout is the shit. I wish I had tried it sooner.
