At a gym here there was a naked dude jacking off naked on the gym floor in the middle of the night. He was by himself. The gym owner just happened to check the security cams at the time. He was booted.

My friend saw a guy finger fucking his GF in some corner of the gym. He went up to confront them, like wtf are you doing? Also went to the owner but the owner didn't want to confront the guy for some reason, was afraid probably. The guy threatened my buddy and said, "I'll get you"... my buddy ended up switching gyms :'( :D
