The most egregious thing is firing into her car when he is literally on the side of it as she is pulling away then moving along with the car to continue shooting her. Her foot could of pressed the gas and she could of ran down a kid. Zero threat to his life at that point as well.

I’m trying to look at it as objective as possible. What I saw was he was initially standing in front of the car and his life was in danger. Once she started to drive forward he moved to the side and he was on the side of her car and his life no longer appeared in danger. One can make the argument that his life was in danger just prior or that she could have hit someone while driving off.
