It's like we're not watching the same video. After she backs up, you can no longer see her wheels or which way they're turned from his point of view. Right or wrong, for all he knew in that moment, she was coming straight at him.
And why would she speed away in fear while leaving her spouse behind who was not in the vehicle? That claim doesn't add up.
Some people keep saying that she was scared and eager to flee. This video totally debunks that. She was smiling and running her mouth against law enforcement.
Different people will see the same videos and see very different things. That's why a full investigation to find out what really happened is so important.
I am referencing the other video where you can see the direction she is turning. In this one you can see her turning the wheel away from him.
The claim does add up, the alternative is that she was trying to kill him lol. What makes more sense, he says get out and she backs up and turns the wheel in the direction of escape away from the officer, you know down the empty road that she headed down.... because thats the way she was turning or that she became suddenly murderous and tried to murder him yet avoid him simultaneously.
I dont see how what you are saying is logically consistent at all. She was running her mouth well her partner was mostly, they then say get out of the car and approach her moving in front of her preventing her from fleeing. She then backs up and turn the wheel (which is clear in both videos) and tries to leave in the direction of the open road (which she is seen travelling down). She clearly doesn't want to get out of the car so leaving is the logical option vs attmpting to murder the officer. If she was there for 4 hours with the officers why would she become suddenly murderous?
Every piece of evidence shows exactly what I said and makes sense.
Nothing indicates her intent was to kill.
Now none of that matters. He is not supposed to put himself in front of the car, thats putting himself in danger and has been litigated previously. He is not supposed to shoot at a vehicle and he sure as hell is not supposed to shoot once a threat is neutralized like alongside her car and run after her.
