A great current example is these attempts to claim Trump has dementia. It's patently stupid and easily refutable daily by anyone caring to spend 5 minutes listening to a press conference of his.
I haven't looked into it further but I heard something in passing about Susie Wiles giving an interview and saying Trump has an alcoholic's personality. What did she mean and did it have consequences for her? I think there were other comments as well that could be interpreted as disparaging.
I don't know about dementia per se but Trump is old and some downgrading in performance is to be expected, and I've heard many podcasters say he's losing his edge and possibly making some reckless decisions. There's the apparent dozing off in meetings, same as what happened with Biden. According to Tucker Carlson they shot up Biden with amphetamines before public appearances, they probably do it with Trump as well sometimes. It's also not a given the people close to him really like him, may be leaking negative stuff. Everyone is just looking at their own advancement. Of course Trump has previously said everyone is looking to bring you down, including so-called friends, so according to some he always tried to preempt them by fucking them over first. Trump is always on the attack when he perceives even the slightest slights even if they have been long term allies. Also, some of his biggest fans now were never-Trumpers when it suited them, for example Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin come to mind. When they saw Trump could advance their ethnic agenda they switched over.
I thought his comments to NY Times were interesting:
When asked if there were limits to his power, Trump replied: “Yeah, there is one thing. My own morality. My own mind. It’s the only thing that can stop me.”
He also said he doesn't need international law. Of course the US is supposed to advance a 'rules based order,' but I guess it's for other countries to follow

Coach was saying Trump is the "polar opposite" to an authoritarian. I argued that he has a very strong authoritarian drive. I wasn't even necessarily saying it was a bad thing, just that the label fit. If he isn't authoritarian, what is he? Democratic?
He doesn't even need the law, much less public or congressional approval
