I watched. Not because the guy is an asshole for trying to ruin other operators lives for clicks and views, but he can’t analyze a video in a domestic setting. He cited a case that said the person wasn’t “armed” and had no weapon. A vehicle is legally, in fact a weapon in this case…..for starters.
He seems to be the only one in that circle that has taken this stand.

I keep thinking about the danger the driver also put her partner in.  The partner was on the passenger side, close to the action, right as it was all unfolding and told her "Drive, Baby, Drive"
