Yeah, BB is correct. He was facing two charges after going mental and relentlessly making threats to public officials. The court appearances were still ongoing before Christmas, and he was attending via video most of the time. He was due to 'be spoken to' again a couple of months ago, so I don't believe it's gone to trial yet. I checked the register for today and tomorrow just now and he's not on there.
I'm still not sure if he's at home and just forbidden from posting online by court order or something like that, or if they're actually holding him on remand or in the local nuthouse until after the trial. I doubt he'd be held for this length of time but I guess it's possible due to the nature of the threats.
