Home prices will increase making housing affordability worse.
The purchasng power of the dollar will shrink.
In effect, a hidden tax.

Those holding just cash and fixed instruments (or nothing) will lose.

If he can lower inflation then I'm good with the pick. I'm not a financial expert, but I think lowering rates is a short-term fix to boost stocks and the economy. I could be wrong.

Warsh is replacing Powell in May as the new Fed Chairman, you know the guy who influences what you pay for goods. Probably someone you should become aware of.

Lowering rates is so government debt (Treasuries for example) will be issued at lower rates.
