@Illuminati - OK. I'll play. I'd suspect this is a she biologically. My best guess is that she has issues. Mental health or some sort of trauma. But, I get the sense that folks like this do not vote. All that said, if this look that she has cultivated makes her happy and doesn't harm anyone, I say God bless.

Yes, I think that's a safe bet that she's got some deep unresolved mental issues.
From what I have seen, these type of folk do vote & have strong views.
Totally if it wants to look that way thats their perogative - how it looks / dresses
Shouldn't have any negative affect on others.
