Shot BPC into foot, no issue.

GHK-CU site injection in abdominal region hurt for about 10 hours.  I guess the copper molecule can seperate from the peptide (if that even makes sense) and sit in the subcutaneous layer, which causes pain.  There are methods to mitigate this, which I will try, because this is a 5 day on, one day off thing.

JOE! PLEASE STOP TAKING THIS MEDICATION. People have reported horrendous side effects. Eye issues. tumors on neck, extreme constipation, nonstop sweating, heart attacks. Start using a food scale and just be careful with your portions. Your body is not defective and you can lose weight. Please reconsider.  Is this with a needle? Why in the world would you agree to sticking a needle in you to lose weight vs just being super careful with your diet and taking some walks around the block?

Plenty of self control...I'm still hovering around 12% at 217 and almost 64. Just no reason for me to be this heavy and unless I'm getting ready for a show and since there's zero chance of that happening I'm not killing myself to drop. Just being honest. But, I'll probably close to contest weight by July

Appreciate the concern. I researched it for quite a while before making this decision. As for walking, I ruck usually 4 miles 3x a week on the sand and 2 miles on the boardwalk 2 x per week. I'm signed up for a 48 mile March challenge since I usually ruck twice a week anyways
