He's structurally more conventional. 

This is reversion to the mean. 

He has shorter pecs and his biceps don't pop.  Unfortunately, at the same time, he also inherited a few weaknesses from pops: flat triceps and weak hamstrings.  All in all, he looks like a pretty average board-short-class amateur competitor or natural bodybuilder, whereas Arnold had some really exceptional muscle groups that made him stand out and more than compensated for his weaknesses.

No one in natural bodybuilding has really exceptional muscle groups.

Fun fact, but I know this is a bit of a long stretch: The Van Halens lived in the city of Nijmegen for a while. That's in the East of The Netherlands, close to the German border.
For many years now another very famous and epic guitar player has a house in the small city of Aalten, which is just 26 miles / 40 km from Nijmegen.

Not just short but skinny. I'm surprised Angus can even lift a guitar. I love AC/DC though and am sure Angus isn't sitting in his mansion crying because I'm ripping him on Getbig.
