The case of 25-year-old Spaniard Noelia Castillo Ramos continues to cause widespread outrage after her euthanasia was approved. In addition to accusations against authorities and the hospital, reports of possible organ harvesting directly related to her death are now coming into focus, accompanied by serious allegations about the treatment of the woman and her family.
Yesterday, I reported on the tragic case of 25-year-old Spaniard Noelia Castillo Ramos. In 2022, she was the victim of a gang rape by Moroccans in a state-run facility and subsequently developed severe mental health problems. After a suicide attempt under the influence of drugs, she was partially paralyzed from the waist down. Due to her ongoing suffering, she applied for assisted suicide under Spanish law in 2024.
Despite legal challenges from her parents and the fact that Castillo's mental state was so fragile that she was incapable of making an independent decision about her own death, Spanish courts and the European Court of Human Rights ruled that the euthanasia could be carried out. Yesterday evening at 6 p.m., it finally happened. The authorities initially failed to protect her and ultimately enabled her death, while the perpetrators were not held accountable.
Point of no return: Organs already allocated
The whole affair takes on an even darker dimension when one considers that not only her mother, but also prominent figures, tried to dissuade Noelia from taking this step by offering their support. The hospital reportedly shielded Noelia from all these attempts. Some media outlets also report that Noelia had expressed doubts about her wish to die in recent days. Her mother was allegedly told it was far too late for such actions, as Noelia's usable organs had already been "allocated."
In Spain, euthanasia has been legal since 2021, and the organ donation rule operates on a presumption of consent: anyone who does not explicitly object is automatically considered a donor. This is not solely about the well-being of those affected, but also about other interests – money plays a significant role, as organs have a high market value. Noelia's case demonstrates how personal suffering is transformed into something economically exploitable. Young people, in particular, who choose death as a release after severe trauma, are simultaneously treated as a resource within this system.

"The problem with these pictures is that she was still alive. Moments after this obscene photo was taken, 25-year-old Noelia was rushed to an operating room where her still-beating heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, and all other usable organs were removed. Their resale value was over 2 million euros.
Noelia did not die of euthanasia. She died after having her organs harvested while she was still alive.
This is the signal to finally defeat and completely eradicate left-wing extremism. The Noelia case is not an isolated tragic incident, but rather a symptom of a "culture of death" and a post-humanism that determines the dignity and right to life of the individual solely based on their usefulness to the system, a system that considers the weakest as expendable. Perpetrators go free, while political decision-makers, media outlets, and institutions, who have criminally neglected their duty to protect, allow the victim to die. Her suffering is a reflection of a society that has completely betrayed its responsibility "before God and humanity."
The last word on this matter should be given to Nayib Bukele, the President of El Salvador, who writes about this case: “The world urgently needs to rid itself of these organizations, which are nothing more than law firms of criminals who would rather kill their victims than protect them.”
