I fucking hateeeeeeeeee people, hate them all. Cant deal withthe gymtards anymore. Gonna have a setup in the garage, though mostly extensive heavy bag work and lots of stretching, core and bodyweight stuff. Gradually pick up equipment as time goes on.  People man, fucking people

I put a basement gym together during the 'ronavirus shutdowns, nothing too fancy just a squat stand and bench with one of those leg extension/curl attachments and some adjustable dumbbells.  I absolutely love it, can't see ever going back to a commercial gym.

I thought it would be way more expensive than it was but you can put something pretty nice together for around $1000 depending on how much weight you need (350 lbs of plates is plenty for me!).  For $2000 can do something real nice.  Not sure how much gym dues are these days but that probably pays for itself pretty fast.
