Trump no longer has election clout here at home, just ask the Republicans running for Senate in 2026 (who will not say it) but are hoping he will not show up in their states. The results are not in yet, but my guess is that Vance probably riled up more opposition votes in Hungary than Orban votes.
That unfortunately is true. Vance's visit probably did more harm than good.
90% of media in Europe are left or radical left, and always hate any Republican president. Especially Trump, which they report negatively about at every possibility they can think of.
Trump's should have copied the ayatollahs rulebook, so just eliminate iran's nuke programmes, and attack iran from all sides with drones / assassinations etc using proxies. Way cheaper, plausible deniability, and very little panic on oil and natural gas markets.
Will take more time, but we already have dealt with the muslim extemists for more than 40 years now, so a few years extra would be no big deal.
