Off topic, but I clicked on a link in the story about some Baywatch guy (color's his hair at 53 but sports a white beard. You ain't fooling nobody). https://www.the-sun.com/entertainment/16232874/david-charvet-baywatch-dog-accident-malibu/Dude ran over a dog by accident and they're treating it iike a manslaughter case or something. Talking about a police report and it's not a hit and run because he stopped instead of leaving. Is this how it is in other states? I'm in North Carolina and animals get hit and often the drivers will move them off the road but others don't. It's terrible and I get that but I didn't know its a crime or anything.
