Its ridiculous that you think what Josh demonstrated there is more fluid. Also I see very little head movement and no foot movement.

Josh is boxing, you're frequently just hitting a bag.  No hate, I'm just being genuine. 

Josh is compact, stays defended and looks decent.  What he does looks like someone who has had training.

You look like a bodybuilder who has very little training and has the usual variable respect for the fact your head is going to be taken off in most of the time you take to get to some of your punches.

It's almost autistic to even post that video.  You're never going to get a moment to do the shit you did in that against a real person and it's quite strange that someone who has taken even one class would ever dare post that.  They'd look at it and say yeah, okay, I'm KO'ed there, there and there and fix it up and post something where they are at least following those rules.

I reiterate, I'm not hating.  I've just been doing a bit of bjj lately and I find it strange that anybody who has done really any training of a discipline like that would not have immediately had it drilled into their head about giving windows of opportunity to their opponent.  I have to believe that lesson 1 in boxing, you've got the guy running the class telling you to keep your hands up the whole time.

when I did a bit of Thai boxing the instructor made up put our guard up from when we started to when we finished, you had to keep your hands up the entire session, dare drop them down and he shouted to put them back up again, it was exhausting
