Through crazy heavy lifting he destroyed his hips and back. But even after major surgery and hip replacement, Ronnie the Retard continued to lift very heavy. Crippling himself into a wheelchair.

Extreme Training: Coleman’s career was defined by immense weights, such as 800-lb squats and 755-lb deadlifts, which caused massive wear and tear.
Failed Surgeries: Multiple spinal surgeries (eight on his back, three on his neck) often made his mobility worse rather than better.
Surgical Hardware Failure: Broken screws from numerous surgeries have severely impacted his recovery.
Persistent Training: He continued to train heavy shortly after surgeries, which exacerbated his injuries.
