This is great. All the pictures we’ve seen of the rock over the last 30+ years where he’s proudly displaying his heritage and this is the only time he’s been in this outfit? Odd.

This was my first thought.

What? his career started to hit the skids as a superhero/undercover agent/ comedy badass/ never lose a fight/ film career? So now he's going to lean into the "cultural" "Polynesian" "POC" aspect to remain relevant. He lost steam in Hollywood so this is his first step towards woke/identity relevance?

Next thing you know he'll be on Joe Rogan talking about the systemic racism due to the colonization of the south pacific.

Or maybe he's just sn attention whore.

I think he blew his shot at being back on Rogan’s pod when he said he was considering joining the ufc in the late 90s because the wwe wasn’t paying enough. Joe didn’t call him out for that.
