Just from my personal experience it gives me more energy and strength, libido is strong, and I’ll look more muscular. I will use it for a month or two and then a couple months off though.

Only thing that works is pre-workout powders.

Ashwagandha and all the other supplements in bottles are a waste of money.

Stop and think about how ridiculous it is for these so called "powerful" and "healing" supplements to be just sitting around in small bottles for years and years. Don't you think that probably means that they're crap placebos in tiny little bottles available at Walgreens, Vitamin Shoppe, or GNC? And how about when they're getting delivered to the stores or your home in a 120 degree hot FedEx truck baking in their shipping boxes for days and days?

If these supplements were soooo amazing, then all the doctors would have their patients take them; and every person in the world would be healthy and super charged.

I tried it few years ago as part of an adrenal support supplement. I did not notice any effects. I've heard it can raise anxiety for some.

My wife and I tried this years ago and it did absolutely zero.

I’ve since read that it only helps people with depression or some other untreated illnesses maybe.

For me, I added to the list fad crap like Lion’s Mane that does jack shit.

Ive never taken it on it's own. Anytime I have had it it was an ingredient in another product.  Ive seen it in energy drinks, ive also seen it in sleep supplements.  Seems to have a calming effect on me. Nothing major.

Ash is legit! I have used it every now and then since about 2006. It has a definite mild relaxing effect and human studies have shown it can reduce cortisol by 30%. I have noticed the effect and I have chronic anxiety. It's not major as beakdoctor says but the effect is there. It's also one of the very few natural supps that can increase testosterone a little bit - if you go by studies. I say give it a go but I'd suggest you use branded KSM-66 or Sensoril extract. KSM seems to be more energizing and Sensoril more calming, though both are calming, hard to explain :D I haven't had the chance to try Shoden Ash extract yet but I want to. If you pick some no name brand it's hard to know you aren't just getting sawdust. If you try let me know if you notice anything 8)

I watched a cop cam video where an inebriated teen was stopped. The cop asked her if she took any medication and she said she took Ashwagandha for anxiety :D

Vanadyl had an effect, too bad it's a toxic heavy metal. There's diabetes research on it. HGW might improve libido, never tried it. Lots of supps "work" to a degree but the effect may not be big enough to bother with it 8)

A few months ago I was having serious anxiety issues and on Rx meds for it but it wasn't enough. When I was at the pharmacy picking up my Rx I bought a bottle of Ashwagandha as well and it was surprising I could feel its effect being as I was was already on anxiety pills. Improved sleep a little bit. It's nothing major but when you're feeling extremely bad every little bit can matter.

I don't think it has any appreciable increase in T for me and I've used it quite a bit.

For me the only thing that has worked (I have not used steroids) is DAA and that is a very temporary but a shockingly effective 2 week increase.  Perhaps I respond well to that substance or just a little testosterone goes a long way - the strength I have had in those 2 week periods has been shockingly more than usual, the few times I've used it.  I say few times because I rarely use it because without fail, it makes me struggle to experience joy.  I'm told that may indicate that I have increased estrogen as well that is causing that.  I've not done any research into it at all but it is an interesting substance in that it actually has a mental effect, as opposed to all the other random shit that does fuck all for me.

No such effects as a result of tribulous, ashwaganha or any of the other random things that are allegedly testosterone inducing.

DAA war interesting. I assume you didn't get labs done but felt some testosteroney effects. I don't care to back to look but I vaguely recall that it had some brain chemical effects. It fell out of favor because it apparently didn't work for people with normal test production. I think it was supposed upregulate something called stAR protein that had to do with test synthesis. If I actually cycled instead of staying on I would try it in PCT. Ash only gives a 10% increase which is probably too low to notice. Josh took some test product which I checked out, it contained
KSM-66 and he said his test was high. I don't know if he got labs or what.

Relax, Trump will only be president a few more years. ;)

Haha, actually Trump is entertaining and a comedian and provides many laughs daily with his antics, though OTOH what's going on in the world is tragic for those affected. Like the Minab school bombing, something like 180 little girls killed, which Trump blamed on the Iranians, they had fired the US made missile themselves. So I'm a bit conflicted. I can't affect anything myself so I can just watch :-\ :D
Let the world burn, right? :D

Sometimes I feel like a bit of an "accelerationist"

"Right-Wing/Militant Accelerationism: A violent, extremist offshoot primarily popular in neo-Nazi and white supremacist networks. Followers believe society is irredeemable and actively incite chaos, polarization, and terrorism to trigger the collapse of democratic institutions."

It has quite a few clinical trials. It seems to be very popular among gym goers and for those with anxiety and depression. Tons of data to back effects. It's definitely not powerful if you compare it to a tranq or something but it has meaningful effects. Back in the day the ksm-66 one was all the rage.
