I was able to close the 1.5 Captains of Crush a while back. Haven't done any more gripper work and now I can't find the gripper.  I have an unopened 2.0 Captains of Crush.

Recently bought the Titan Farmers Walks Handles.

I did the #2 CoC. Was very close with the 2.5 CoC. Had fun with grip stuff for years (I still do light grippers for reps, a 100 lb. "Inch" replica and fat-bar wrist rollers).
(And gripping my fat 8-inch caulk of course).  Anyhooo...  Grip is fun, but at 60 (next month) this Carpal shit is creeping in bad.

Squat is in the shitter (disc compression),bench is embarrassing (torn proximal left bicep and slap tear on right shoulder) but I tried deadlift the other day and pulled 475 easily.
Odd...  Belt SQ is doing me fine though w/ out compression. Can still load it up..  Had to move my gym into a smaller space. I bought a rack to replace my Smith, Power-rack and Functional Trainer/Rack. Things a beast (Maxum S-92).

I only lost some space, but no functionality. Whole rack of dumbbells going. I got the Power-blocks to 90, then I have 100-125 (if I heal).
All the rest will go. As my friend Funk knows, aging can be a bitch...  is what it is..  The belt SQ is great, and I think Ill sell the Bodysolid LEV-GYM and get an Inspire M2 (50-exercise machine for "pumping" stuff)... Lady has one here local for sale. She paid 3500.00 (kook) selling for 700...

Old gym (bigger room) turning it into more living space. (Kids dont seem to want to go anywhere w/ house prices)..

For grip all I do right now are fingertip push-ups, chins and pull-ups.

It works... I can still do everything I did before in the larger space. I stopped the "eat every 3 hours thing" and just eat like once or twice a day (literally eggs, lean beef, turkey-burger, rice, apples). Went from 205 to 184 in like a month (been holding this weight for like 5 months now, easy). Water weight pissed right out... Still doing my 70 mg a week of TRT (though Doc prescribes 200) I just save the extra in case I need it one day... More is not better.
(PSA, Hematocrit, etc).

Anyone see Hankins Youtube lately??  Pushing his poor kid into boxing now, high-voicing him, kid looks scared... A sad kvnt..

Kids gonna hurt himself squatting too, looks like MIke J. Fox getting off the shitter... TardVille...

A couple of decades ago I bought the CoC trainer and 1, 2 and 3. I trained for a while and got up to like 10 reps with the #2. But then it didn't seem to budge so I gave it up. Trying the #3 it feels unbelievable someone can close it, let alone the #4. I think you have to have right size hand genetically.

It's interesting grip strength is positively related to longevity. A few years ago at hospital with Covid they tested my grip strength as I was recovering.

That’s very impressive. You ever get to try the SOTSKY grip trainer?

I didn't think it was impressive as the #3 felt so out of reach and impossible. There are probably many non-lifters who can rep it; naturally strong hands :D

No I haven't heard of that trainer. I have the CoC #1 here and I should start a routine again, see if something happens.

I've closed the 2.5 coc and very close with the #3. Not a card set, though.

Still a fine home gym, GR.

I see neither a speed bag nor a heavy bag, no weird crooked rogue bars or oddly shaped 45lb plates and no vehicles and bicycles cramming you into a small corner area, so far from ideal.

Big thing is the handle spread, a lot of guys are very strong, but their hands are too short. I've seen some impressive numbers out of lighter basketball players, because of hand length.

Not a huge gripper guy, I get more out of thick bar work, and climbing.

Been using the Fat Gripz more lately. Presses feel great with the blue Fat Gripz on the dumbbells. The orange Fat Gripz are a challenge. Even getting them put on the dumbbells is difficult because they’re so stiff.
